Possible Causes and Solutions
- You have a receiver mail message. Shaw Direct uses receiver mail to let customers know about special offers, new channels, or important announcements about their Shaw Direct system. You can check your receiver mail by pressing OPTIONS then choose 7 - Mail Messages. If you have any active messages you can select them on the screen and press enter to read them. (At this time receiver messaging is only one way. Messages cannot be sent from your Shaw Direct receiver).
